Dinamina City FM news broadcasting service launch today
The “Dinamina City FM” news broadcasting service, a joint venture by “Lake House” and the “Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation” will go on air from today.
The new service will broadcast the latest breaking news on an hourly basis using the frequencies of 89.6 - 89.8, from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm through the popular SLBC news channel “City FM”. The ceremonial launch of this new service will be held under the patronage of Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited (Lake House) Chairman Bandula Padmakumara and SLBC Chairman Hudson Samarasinghe today.
The aim of this program is to provide real time breaking news to listeners courtesy the “Dinamina” newspaper. The news broadcasts will be conducted by Lake House journalists.
